Booking and Cancellations
Appointments are booked at Base by emailing info@basecounselling.com. Please leave a message with your name and phone number, ensuring both are clear. We will return your email and provide options for an appointment.
In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in the requirement to pay any outstanding charges before being allowed to book another appointment at Base.
Fees
Counselling fees are set in accordance with the Psychologists' Association of Alberta.
Individuals: $200
Couples: $200
Some, but not all, health insurance providers cover psychological services. It is your responsibility to submit your receipt for reimbursement, as Base Counselling does not direct bill. Fees that are not covered by your insurance program are potentially deductible as a medical expense on your tax return.
Sessions are 50 minutes in length.
